What is Spiritual Direction?

Spiritual Direction (Guidance & Companioning):  Work with a certified Spiritual Director to deepen your relationship with the Divine and/or learn and grow in your personal spirituality.  In spiritual direction, you share stories of your encounters of the Divine, or how you are cultivating a life attuned to spiritual things. The primary focus should be on God.  However, the director and directee listen together to discern the ways God is moving in their experiences while examining particular traditions in an effort to acknowledge important differences, commonalities, and overarching direction.
