H.Y.D.R.A.T.E is a faith formation and spiritual growth program comprised of S.I.P. & S.U.P. groups and workshops with a Christ-centered perspective intended to provide opportunities to HYDRATE (Heal,Yield-meaning to grow or bring forth, Discover, Recover, Accept, Transform, Empower) in a safe compassionate non-judgmental environment while exploring issues related to faith, values, beliefs, uncertainty, doubt, meaning, purpose, and quality of life.
