Individual Counseling - Individual therapy, which is also called "counseling" or psychotherapy," is a process in which you, as a client, work one-on-one with a trained therapist in a safe, caring, supportive, non-judgmental and confidential environment. Together, you explore your feelings, beliefs, or behaviors while working through challenging or influential memories and experiences. As you identify aspects of your life that you would like to change or better understand in yourself or others, you set personal goals and work toward the desired change.
