Appointments
Appointments: Counseling sessions are generally 45-50 minutes in-person. However, Initial Consultation sessions, and some Marriage & Family sessions are generally 60-90 minutes. Appointments may be requested by calling Wells of Wholeness, Inc.® directly at 770.564.WELL (9355) or 404.917.WELL (9355). You may also request an appointment on-line by clicking the appropriate button below and completing and submitting an Appointment Request Form. Please note that we request payments for Initial Consultations/Intake Sessions only at least 48 hours prior to the requested appointment time in order for the appointment to be confirmed.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to make your appointment, Wells of Wholeness, Inc.® requires a minimum of 24 business hours advance notice (excluding weekends) of a cancellation. Your appointment is reserved especially for you. We do not double book session time slots. Therefore, if you do not provide a minimum of 24 business hours advance notice (excluding weekends) to cancel an appointment, a late cancellation fee will be applied to your account. The charge will be the full visit fee. The full fee is expected to be paid for sessions that are not cancelled at least 24 business hours in advance. Certain exceptions may be made to this policy in the event of emergencies, provided your counselor is informed prior to the time of the appointment.
Missed Appointments (No Shows): Missed Appointments or “No shows” are a loss for everyone. Your appointment time will be reserved exclusively for you. We do not overbook or double book appointment times as may be common in other healthcare practices. If you miss an appointment or do not show up for an appointment and we do not receive a minimum of 24 business hours advance notice (excluding weekends) that you need to cancel an appointment, then you will be charged the full fee for that missed appointment.
An invoice will be mailed and/or e-mailed directly to all clients who do not show up for or cancel an appointment with at least a 24-hour notification. If you prepaid, please note that the minimum 24-business hours cancellation is required in order for your session fee to be transferred to your next appointment. If for any unforeseen circumstances your counselor needs to reschedule, your session fee will automatically be transferred to your next appointment. Prepaid sessions are valid for a time period of up to one (1) year, and services are non-refundable.
