About Us
Picture
Founded in 1995 and established in 2003 as a non-profit organization, Wells of Wholeness, Inc.®
is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality affordable and charitable spiritual direction, faith-integrated pastoral care & counseling, education, coaching, and consulting to individuals, couples, families, groups, clergy, churches, judicatories, and other community-based and faith-based communities.  For more than 25 years, Wells of Wholeness, Inc.® has served as an ecumenical extension of religious congregations and healthcare communities by partnering with churches, faith-based and community-base organizations, seminaries, higher education institutions, social service agencies, and health service groups.  Our programs are offered in churches, counseling centers, wellness centers, hospitals, schools, homeless shelters, and many other professional groups and venues.  Because our programs are especially attentive to underserved populations including, but not limited to, economically poor, women, and children, mentally and physically disabled; or other disenfranchised populations, we are committed to improving the communities, healthcare agencies, educational institutions, and religious entities that serve them.

Our name is derived from the surname of our founder and is intended to reflect our mission, which is established upon the history and purpose of wells as places of gathering for individuals, families, and communities with the need and desire for water to maintain life. Today, wells continue to be valuable sources for water --a life-giving resource necessary to maintain life.  Similar to water wells, it is our hope that Wells of Wholeness, Inc.® will be a valuable source for the life-giving resources of understanding, compassion, hope and inspiration for a fulfilling, content, and satisfying life.

Our Mission
The mission of Wells of Wholeness, Inc.® is to promote individual, relational, and communal healing, well-being, and wholeness of individuals, families, groups, clergy, churches, judicatories, and other community-based and faith-based organizations by utilizing psychological, sociological, cultural, theological, and spiritual resources that aim to care for the "whole-person" including mind, body, and spirit for the purpose of cultivating faith and improving psychological & spiritual growth and development.  This means that we respectfully give special attention to the psychological, emotional, physical, social, cultural, and spiritual contexts of all who seek assistance regardless of religious backgrounds or interests.
Our Values
Wells of Wholeness, Inc.® values the important roles faith & spirituality play in healing, well-being, and wholeness.  We seek to ethically integrate the resources of faith, spirituality, theology, psychology, and behavioral sciences to promote "whole-person" health, which includes mind, body, and spirit.  Therefore, our treatment plans consider the psychological, sociological, emotional, cultural and spiritual contexts of individuals and communities.  We accomplish this with our "8-I Values" system approach:  1) Integrity    2) Integration
3) Intimacy    4) Innovation    5) Inclusiveness    6) Insight    7) Inspiration     8)Invitation
